The following letter is from the Event Manager to the Head of Events at the Museum of Contemporary Art in La Jolla. Mike, During my hours managing the Wedding on Friday afternoon/evening, I noticed the great work provided by the floral vendor. They were easy to work with and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. In fact, the Cake vendor just dropped off the cake without doing any final touches. Budget Bouquets (the vendor) made sure that the cake had appropriate floral arrangements around it to spruce it up. This was not in the contract, but they understood the importance of making everything nice. They also provided flowers on the bars which was a nice touch. Lori, Thanks so much for the wonderful job you did with my flowers at my wedding! Everything was beautiful, and I got soooo many compliments from my guests on the centerpieces. The candles, the flowers on the buffet tables, the garland, .... everything looked just perfect. I also appreciate how easy you were to work with, and how many creative suggestions you had to make my wedding special, while keeping within a budget. Your suggestion for the individual roses at each guest place made a big impact, at such a little additional cost. You made the whole experience of planning for the wedding more enjoyable.
